Asus will launch two new "hero products" in Asus tablets form in 3rd quarter of 2012, which will be designed to run Windows 8 OS. Now, you may ask yourself that will those be Intel powered Windows 8 tablets or ARM powered ones or by both of them.

Asus mentioned two other "hero products" running on Android OS coming in first quarter of 2012. Windows 8 will be publicly available by the fourth quarter of next year. Microsoft and its partners still have to deliver to testers an ARM-based version of Windows 8. Microsoft will launch all versions of Windows 8 (Intel / AMD and ARM etc.) at the same time next year.
