Dell showcased its new Windows RT hybrid debut – XPS 10 along with many other Windows 8 tablet/laptops such as Dell XPS Duo 12 and Dell XPS One 27. The RT tablet features 10-inches display screen, rear facing camera, empowering Qualcomm’s Snapdragon S4 ARM processor running on Windows 8 operating platform. With announcing XPS 10 hybrid tablet, Dell extended their XPS series catering to your daily computing needs. The device is designed with less than 10mm thick body, light weight ultraportable look and having a dockable keyboard for showing convertible nature. With a revolutionary design of touch screen tablet and convertible ability to a standard notebook, XPS 10 shows many ultimate features also but for now, Dell wants users wait more to know all configurative specification.

With 10-inches display, touch-screen and bright crispy display XPS 10 provides great visual experience to users and capability for snaps shooting with a rear-facing camera.

Unfortunately, little information unveiled from Dell about specs of this hybrid machine so we have minor information about system's hardware configuration. The high–end XPS 10 hybrid tablet engineered to run a fast Qualcomm's Snapdragon S4 ARM processor. The hybrid tablet comes packed with a dockable keyboard enabling system to transform into a laptop via docking. This dockable Keyboard also lets the system battery backup to be doubled from 10 to 20 hours via its small inbuilt battery when connected to the device but no doubt, depending on usage conditions.

The hybrid natured XPS 10 tablet will be found running on Windows RT platform and accessing modern UI/Window 8-style and UI/metro style applications via Windows store. Windows RT machine do not provide access to traditional desktop apps even if they are designed for Windows 8 OS. But as a plus point Windows RT tablet will be running on ARM processors and estimated to priced less when compared to Windows 8 oriented machines.

Dell XPS 10 Price and availability

XPS 10 hybrid tablet is expected to be costly offer from Dell but price of Windows RT machine is still disclosed and XPS 10 hybrid tablet-laptop will roll out in market along with arrival of Windows 8 by next month end.
